Terms & Conditions for Tour Packages

• You have to pay 50% of your total booking amount for booking confirmation.
• Full payment has to be done 15 days prior to the date of Journey.
• Final documents (Air Ticket, Hotel & Tour Vouchers) will be provided within 48hours of full payment.
• Entry & Exit Country / City depends on date & Flight availability.
• Itinerary can be changed without any prior notice (Depending on the climate, road or any other unavoidable circumstances).
• These are the approx. tour timing given in the itinerary, you will get the final tour timing the day before of your tour.
• Transfer Mode PVT Means only point to point transfer in pvt mode. Driver will wait not more than 10 Minutes.
• Please maintain all the pickup time strictly, drivers won't wait more than 5 minutes, they have other commitments too. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10mins before of your tour starting time.
• Be present at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the tour / transfers departure time.
• After booking sales person won't be liable for any inconvenience.
• Operations team will send you day wise tour details. It's our responsibility to ensure your trip hassle free.
• After Issuance of Final Documents YOUR TRIP DIARY is not responsible for any cancellations or alterations to the tour, by the client or by the Airlines. (Air Ticket Refund or cancellations will be made as per the Specific Airlines Terms & Conditions).
• If you want to change the dates or package then you will have to email with proper reason before 30 days of departure date at [email protected] & yourtripdiary.com In this case, the amount paid for the Tour Package can be availed anytime within a Year of the Date of Journey. The Client can avail the Same Tour or any other Tours of the same value.
• Any seat preference requested will be chargeable.
• The rates are not valid on block out dates.
• International Check in time is 1400 hours/ Check out time is 1200 hours (Few at 10:00), early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Child below 12 years rate will be counted as child without bed and breakfast. (Few countries allow only child s age below 8 years for child without bed and breakfast).
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• Booking once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at the time.
• The free cancellation policy applies only to bookings made directly with YOUR TRIP DIARY. The cancellation request must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled travel date. If the request is made within 30 days of the travel date, cancellation fees will apply.
• To cancel a booking, the customer must contact YOUR TRIP DIARY via email [email protected] & yourtripdiary.com The customer must provide all the necessary information, such as booking details, name, and contact information. YOUR TRIP DIARY will confirm the cancellation and provide any relevant information, such as the refund amount and timeline within 7 days.
• The free cancellation policy may not apply to certain types of bookings, such as non-refundable packages. YOUR TRIP DIARY reserves the right to modify or cancel the free cancellation policy at any time, with or without notice.
• As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check-in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided. YOUR TRIP DIARY would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
